We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
One hour of one-on-one laser engraver support by one of our trained technicians, via phone or video call (video is recommended, via Google Duo only).
Please schedule your appointment slot below (all listed in EST time), then add this product to cart and checkout. Please note, advanced payment is required for support. If you schedule an appointment but don't pay, we will still call you and you can pay via credit card, etransfer or PayPal at the start of the call. Payment after the call is not permitted. Minimum one hour, if you purchase two hours and only one hour is used, you will be refunded for the extra hour, as long as the support appointment did not exceed one hour.
During the call, the first 5-10 minutes will be used to determine your issue, and whether or not we can assist. If we determine we can't assist you, we will refund your payment in full. If we proceed to help after the first 10 minutes, but your issue cannot be resolved or is only partially resolved, we cannot offer refunds, as these machines are very complex and issues can go many ways. We will, however, use the full hour in an attempt to help as much as possible, and often more at no charge; we are problem solvers and hate problems that stump us!
