Shipping policy

All items ship with UPS or Canada Post except for full 4'x8' sheets. We reserve the right to choose between UPS or Canada Post depending on availability and service areas. All shipments are fully trackable! We'll send you a tracking number as soon as an order ships. Larger orders may need 1-2 business days to process. Items ship from Ontario, Canada, so no duty or long shipping times!

If your order needs LTL trucking, we'll contact you after you place your order with a quote. If the quote is too high, you can cancel the order for a full refund. 

Please note, it is common for larger sheets to have small corner damage if your local delivery driver drops the parcel. Because of the nature of the product, corner damage will result in a credit equivalent to two times the cost of the area damaged. Unfortunately we cannot send return labels or new sheets for small corner damage, to keep our prices low.
