You can schedule your appointment slot below, or on the product page (all listed in EST time) Please note, advanced payment is required for support. If you schedule an appointment but don't pay ahead of time, we will still call you and you can pay via credit card, etransfer or PayPal at the start of the call. Payment after the call is not permitted. Minimum one hour, if you purchase two hours and only one hour is used, you will be refunded for the extra hour, as long as the support appointment did not exceed one hour.  

During the call, the first 5-10 minutes will be used to determine your issue, and whether or not we can assist. If we determine we can't assist you, we will refund your payment in full. If we proceed to help after the first 10 minutes, but your issue cannot be resolved or is only partially resolved, we cannot offer refunds, as these machines are very complex and issues can go many ways. We will, however, use the full hour in an attempt to help as much as possible, and often more at no charge; we are problem solvers and hate problems that stump us!
