Rowmark® Cashew on Black 2-Ply Acrylic - 1/16" (1.5mm) Thick
Product Details
Rowmark LaserMax® – Cashew / Black
Create premium, high-contrast engraved designs with Rowmark® LaserMax® Cashew / Black engraving material. Featuring an elegant cashew surface over a contrasting black core, this two-layer acrylic produces crisp black lettering, logos and graphics when engraved with a CO₂ laser.
LaserMax® is manufactured from durable microsurfaced impact acrylic and is specifically designed for professional laser engraving and fabrication. The thin surface layer allows for detailed engraving at approximately 0.003" (0.08 mm) depth, while the material cuts cleanly for custom shapes, signage, nameplates and decorative applications.
The cashew metallic appearance gives finished pieces the look of premium metal while retaining the lightweight weight, easy fabrication and consistency of acrylic.

Laser Processing
The thin engraving layer is designed to expose the contrasting black core with minimal engraving depth, allowing for fast, clean production and excellent detail.
As a starting point, 1/16" material can cut at approximately 30 mm/s on an 80 W CO₂ laser, although optimal settings will vary depending on laser power, optics, machine condition and desired edge quality.
For layered projects, adding optional adhesive backing makes it easy to combine multiple LaserMax® colours and finishes to create dimensional signs, badges and displays.
